A'Cire Newby
Executive Producer
A’Cire Newby, also known as “The Real A’Cire” or Dr. A’Cire, is a multi-talented American actress, author, director, model, producer, and scriptwriter. Born in Newport News, Virginia, A’Cire’s journey in the entertainment industry began with her first acting role in rapper Daz Dillinger’s “Make It Rain” feature film as Lolita. Since then, she has graced screens on shows like the Maury Povich show “Secret Crush” and Sundance T.V.’s “Hap and Leonard.”
A true powerhouse, A’Cire not only shines on screen but also behind the scenes. Her main focus lies in her talk show, “Emerging Beyond with A’Cire,” where she engages in insightful conversations with notable personalities. As the Unit Production Manager for the Wu-Tang Red Rocks Documentary, A’Cire continues to leave her mark on the industry, combining her talents with a passion for storytelling.
Ashley Robinson

Ashley Robinson is a seasoned entertainment professional with 14 years of experience in television and film production. A Norfolk State University graduate with a B.S. in General Broadcasting, Ashley has excelled behind the scenes, proving to be a versatile and dedicated asset to the industry.
Her passion for storytelling and commitment to education has made her a fervent advocate for inspiring and mentoring the next generation of entertainment professionals. Ashley’s dedication to excellence and innovation continues to make her a trailblazer in the field.
Maisha "MRALD" Johnson
Executive Producer, Director of Marketing, Publicist
Aero Entertainment Group was founded in 2003 by Maisha “Mrald” Johnson with the sole purpose of Concept to Completion Business and Project Development.
Maisha is an award-winning author, producer, and musician with over 20 years of experience in business development, public relations, and marketing across various fields. Her passion for film production developed over a decade ago and has continued to grow ever since.
Maria Palmer
Executive Producer, Licensed Realtor
Maria Palmer stepped into the World of Movie Magic as a Producer/Investor with Competition Zero Productions. She loves every aspect of the Movie Industry from inception to record breaking Box Office Sales.
She’s also a licensed Realtor specializing in Residential and Commercial Real Estate, an ambassador for a law firm that helps educate the Latin community about the importance of being legally represented, and represents Puerto Rico for Carnival in Las Vegas.
Like many, life has knocked her down. But she kept her faith to keep her head up, and used Comedy, laughter, and love to know and stay focused, and never forget that with GOD, impossible does not exist!
Olga Gavrilenko
Director of Production Operations & Accounting
Olga Gavrilenko is a results-driven tech-saavy Accounting and Finance Professional with over a decade of experience in financial management and production accounting. Highly proficient in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and U.S. GAAP compliance, she excels in integrating automation and advanced technologies to optimize financial operations and drive profitability. She has managed accounting activities across diverse industries, ensuring compliance and accuracy, while supervising international and domestic teams, and fostered positive client relationships with multi-million dollar generating companies.
Olga has a knack for fundraising for TV and film projects as well as startups, finding immense joy in seeing people’s dreams materialize. In the TV and film production space, she has orchestrated financial strategies that successfully secured funding for million-dollar budget projects and played a pivotal role in facilitating mergers and acquisitions involving production companies and publicly traded entities. Additionally, she has helped secure distribution for shows on the Discovery Channel, A&E, and the Sportsman Channel and streaming platforms through strategic financial and accounting preparations, maximizing their reach and impact. Her expertise ensures that creative visions are not only realized but are backed by robust financial frameworks.

Hailing from the vibrant streets of Miami, Florida, my journey as a film director and producer is infused with the eclectic energy and cultural richness of my hometown. From an early age, I was captivated by the diversity and dynamism of Miami’s melting pot, which sparked my passion for storytelling and visual expression. I studied Television and Film at Miami Dade College. I embarked on a career dedicated to capturing the essence of Miami’s kaleidoscope of voices and experiences. Through my work, I strive to bridge worlds and amplify underrepresented narratives, shedding light on the complexities and beauty of life in this sun-soaked city.

Director of Digital Strategy & Brand Development
As the Director of Digital Strategy & Brand Development, Teeanna brings a unique blend of technical expertise and creative vision to SMG. With a robust background in both backend IT operations and frontend brand management, Teeanna is instrumental in shaping and executing the company’s digital strategy.
Teeanna has a proven track record of enhancing brand presence, optimizing digital platforms, and driving innovative marketing campaigns. Her ability to seamlessly integrate technology and creativity ensures that SMG remains at the forefront of the entertainment industry.
Varian V. "Doc" Scott
Executive Producer, Screenwriter
Varian V. “Doc” Scott, a Miami-Dade County native, discovered his passion for filmmaking at a young age. Despite initially pursuing a career in the medical field, Doc’s journey took an unexpected turn when his knack for storytelling resurfaced during a psychology class assignment.
After facing personal challenges, including a period of captivity, Doc emerged with a newfound purpose. Self-financing his endeavors, he embarked on his filmmaking journey, culminating in the completion of his debut film, “Those Greedy Bastards.”
Determined to change the filmmaking landscape, Doc focuses on creating compelling female-led films that captivate audiences worldwide.
